Pioneer Products is serious about information technology, so much so that we have our own dedicated IT department that maintains the flow of information throughout the organization. We provide and interact with a number of technology-based services, and are capable of working with customers and vendors to accomodate new ones.

Some of the services that we currently support include:

• The ability to process all forms of inbound and outbound EDI transactions.
  
  
• Logistics transactions processed in real-time through our customers' web-based applications.
  
  
• An FTP site, hosted on a dedicated broadband connection, for the secure transfer of documents.

We are also on the verge of implementing a new ERP solution, which will also allow us to provide e-portal services to all our partners.

Our organization uses a variety of different software platforms, including Unix, Linux, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
